MegChem executes small to medium sized projects engaging with clients in various contracting strategies including EPCm, EPC and Turnkey. Our contribution could involve any portion of the typical project life cycle ranging from Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction through to Commissioning. However, our main focus is on projects where the design component is substantial.
Project Managers are appointed to take control of the execution of each project and to ensure that the client's project objectives are accomplished in terms of Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety. A project office team executes all daily project activities in accordance with our ISO certified Quality Management System using Prolog® as backbone.
Due to our emphasis on projects involving multi-disciplinary design, we assign Engineering Managers to control design integrity and to manage inter-disciplinary design interfaces.
