MegChem is well-established in the management of a wide range of project types and sizes, and has over the years developed and instilled various skills into our project management staff. We have also developed and implemented systems and software to compliment these skills and therefore ensure that project objectives are achieved consistently.
Our Project Engineers are trained, equipped and duly appointed as Project Managers to manage our projects in accordance with our ISO-certified Quality Management System, which is compiled in accordance with the international principles of PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge). While the Project Manager is focused on ensuring that the overall project objectives (including cost, schedule, quality and safety) are met, they are supported by our Engineering Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Officials and Administrative Staff to carry out the daily tasks in accordance with our QMS.
